Jonathan Gagne is a serial AI founder, CEO, and advisor with 20+ years in AI and 11+ years building and scaling AI companies. At Masterpiece X, he raised $10M, led a 40-person team, and built multiple category-leading AI products. With 24+ awards including a national AI research award, AI research at UWaterloo, business innovation at Stanford, and work spanning Meta, Nvidia, Google, Samsung, and Microsoft, he advises venture-backed CEOs building the next generation of AI companies.
Neilda Gagné
COO
Neilda is a founder, CEO, and AI startup advisor with a track record of building AI companies and scaling AI communities. She built MindGlow Inc. from idea to acquisition, led UX for Fortune 100 companies including Bank of America and Sephora, cofounded AGI Ventures Canada, Canada’s largest AI builder community, and leads AI Product Operations at Masterpiece X. She is PMI-certified in managing AI and holds an M.S. in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology from the USC Iovine and Young Academy.
Jeff Ross
CTO
Jeff Ross is a veteran CTO and AI engineering leader with 35+ years of experience turning advanced technologies into production systems. As CTO of Masterpiece X since 2017, he has led the development of industry-leading AI-powered 3D production software, AI infrastructure, and agentic systems. His career spans engineering leadership at Lockheed Martin, Nortel Networks, and DRS Technologies, as well as founding STEM Design Labs and lecturing in Physical Computing at Carleton University.
Po Kong Lai
Head of AI R&D
Po Kong Lai is an award-winning PhD in Machine Learning and Head of AI R&D with 15+ years across AI and computer graphics. At Masterpiece X, he has trained deep neural networks, developed patented GenAI and 3D algorithms, led research teams, and created the first AI auto-rigging animation system, the first text-to-animated 3D mesh GenAI, and the first 3D agents—transforming frontier AI research into internationally recognized products.
Rafi Nizam
Chief Creative Officer
Rafi is a senior international creative executive and CCO with 20+ years at the forefront of storytelling, digital transformation, and creative innovation across BBC, Sony Pictures, and NBCUniversal, where he served as Global VP Creative. He now leads AI creative globally across virtual production, spatial design, and animation. A multi-award-winning director and official NVIDIA Omniverse Ambassador, he brings rare executive leadership, AI understanding, and hands-on creative mastery.

Full Stack AI Engineer
Rishi is a full-stack AI engineer building the front and backend behind WorldEngen, Masterpiece X’s AI copilot for 3D production. With 8+ years of experience scaling full-stack systems, he specializes in cloud-native infrastructure, LLM integrations, AI workflow orchestration, and AI-automated software development—designing the reliable production architecture that makes real-world AI applications possible.
